“I placed an order with them for a server and some upgrades. I chose a couple of non compatible parts and Barsha rang me to double check this is what I wanted. I of course wanted the correct parts so she sorted this out for me, quoted me what was left and my next payment was processed quickly. I even got the server as quickly as I selected even after losing a day from my mistake. Great customer service and I will continue to use and recommend.”

“Wow and just wow, what more can I say, I'm very pleased with the service Ballicom provides. By far the cheapest we found on the net spoke to Pavi about originally just quoting for server. But ended up placing the entire order with them. Excellent service all around. Had an issue with one of the drives a week later, Lee in customer service sorted the issue out within 24 hours. thank you guys.”
