“Once again we have experienced the most unique set of adventures co ordinated by Jack of Balkan Escapes. Having selected 4 cities to investigate Jack organised personal drivers to ensure there was nothing to worry about in between each venue. All 4 hotels were of the highest standard within our budget. “We used Balkan Escapes to book a holiday to Split & Dubrovnik- they provided an itinerary with a choice of accommodation and ideas for day trips. We had a wonderful holiday, flights & hotel transfers were fantastic. Our ferry to Dubrovnik was cancelled due to high winds & Balkan Escapes refunded us the cost of a taxi. Fantastic customer service and we would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. Thanks to Jack and the Balkan Escapes team.”

“Great knowledge of what we wanted a put together an itinerary for us. Also the ferry we was booked on to get us back from Korcula to Dubronvik on Sunday morning was cancelled due to very windy. Jack booked us on an earlier ferry which, was running,and sent us the new tickets & rung us all before 8.00am on Sunday. Great service.”

“Great holiday in rovinj organised by balkan escapes. Found us a grest little hotel-porta antica one of most welcoming and helpful we ve stayed at, withexceptional breakfasts next door at adriatic. Only issue was Tui flight organisation and jack from balkan even managed to take the stress out of that for us. Thanks.”

“Everything was organised from Start to finish, including both hotels and all transfers. Jack Fleming gave us suggestions but left it to us to make final decisions on which hotel might suit us best. He organised flight check in. More importantly, everything worked like clockwork and we had a fabulous trip. It was reassuring knowing that we could contact the company if anything went wrong (which it didn’t). I couldn’t recommend Jack at Balkan Escapes more highly.”

“Right from my initial travel enquiry to arriving home from holiday, Balkan Escapes have been brilliant. We had a totally stress free experience, including flights, hotels and ferry crosses. All three hotels that we stayed in were perfect. Balkan Escapes were very easy to contact by phone (phone was always answered straight away, no waiting in a queue or options to press) and email, a delight to deal with. I really can’t think of any areas to suggest for improvement as everything was very straightforward and efficient - I have no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will certainly use them again. Thank you for arranging our first fantastic trip to Croatia!”
