“I ordered 6 bags of Marriages flour, very reasonably priced, great comms, speedy delivery but most impressive of all was the care taken in packaging the flour, beautifully wrapped and sealed in recyclable brown paper inside a sturdy box with plenty of recyclable cardboard packaging. I never imagined it was possible to get excited about unwrapping bread flour! Thank you for caring, Bakery Bits :)”

“I ordered the einkorn all purpose flour and it arrived in perfect condition. I then ordered a round baking stone that is been yearning for. “I have used the Bathpool Mill Loaf Pan to make a 400g Loaf (83.25% Red Lamas Flour {Ground in the ‘Mockmill 100’purchased from BakeryBits} / 16.75% Strong White Flour). It looks good and tastes good. The pan required only a gentle wash in warm water to be ready to bake the next loaf. Am I pleased with the pan? Yes, I am! Andrew Morison”

“My order arrived promptly and well packaged - no plastic! Lovely organic emmer grain which I ground into flour. The dough seems a bit drier than spelt so I added more liquid. Bread has a good texture and taste. Very pleased.”
