“Products are good, only had a brief chance to test but looks good so far. My problem lies with the website purchase. Something happened at time of purchase with PayPal and I was not sure the transaction had gone through, I did not receive an email of confirmation of the sale. All that I saw, or did not see, led me to believe the sale had not completed. To this end I was planning on ordering again 3 days later - all until my products (from the original order) arrived that day and payment showed, but still no email confirmation.”

“We ordered a sample at no cost to us just to check the bags worked in our machine. Sample came in 2 days. We have the Lakeland Food Saver. The bags seal perfectly in our machine. I ordered 2 packs of different size bags and they arrived 2 days later. Very happy with this company and the products we received.”

“No email confirmation of order which should have included tracking info. No response to my email requesting progress of the order. The order arrived on the 2nd working day. Had it not been for the lack of communication I should have given this a 5*”

Hi, the order confirmation is sent out automatically by the system, so it may have ended up in your spam folder? If your order was sent by a delivery method other than courier, ti may not have any tracking anyway. We pride ourselves on our customer service and speedy despatch, so most customers find their order with them before they have a need for one. If you did need the tracking number, you could have called and we would have told you it over the phone. Your order arrived within 2 days. We have no record of an email requesting an order update, but apologise if this was missed. Hopefully we can get 5 stars next time
