“Excellent bags that vacuum up very well ,my only issue was I presume it was the courier,but the bag they were sent in was completely torn down 1 side when it arrived at my door .”

“I ordered some vacuum bags which were competitively priced and arrived promptly. They have not yet been used but I have no reason to think they won't be anything other than perfect for the job.”

“If there was a separate rating for the service level, I would have given that a 5 star rating. There was a crack in the large vacuum canister and they not only replaced it but sent me a better canister that is hexagonal in shape and stronger built. Would definitely recommend buying from Bags of Freshness.”

“Easy to order and quite easy to find what I required on the site. Didn’t receive the order confirmation by e-mail only the points earned. However goods arrived in a reasonable timeframe just left in the dark until notified by Royal Mail that they had my parcel. Satisfied non the less.”

“Product was excellent - exactly as described. Delivery was poor. Got an email saying they would be delivered between 09.11 & 13.11 on the Wednesday, however they didn't arrive until the Friday.”

“Product is excellent, as described. Delivery was awful. Received email to say it would be delivered between 09.11 & 13.11 Wednesday. Did not arrive until Friday morning. Tried following tracker but that didn't tell me much. Company let down by Royal Mail. Because of this probably won't use again.”
