“I found the company to be highly reliable and trustworthy. When I placed an order for neckers in two colours with a gold band, I mistakenly selected two different colour bands instead of just one. The team promptly noticed the discrepancy and emailed me to confirm whether my order was correct, as my previous orders had always been for a single colour all around. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail in spotting the error, which ensured I received exactly what I intended. Quality of Products and Delivery Speed The fabric used is of excellent quality, and the company is impressively quick in fulfilling deliveries. “MBC fulfilled our regular order of neckers for our Scout Group as required. It can take a while for the items to be made and sent out, but they are up front about this at the time of ordering. The neckers themselves are high quality and just what was ordered.”
