“Sian and the team turned around an order for me very quickly and ahead of their normal timescales. It was an urgent job and I am extremely grateful to them for doing this. MBC are a great company to deal with and are as a smaller business with a personalised approach much better set up to deal with small companies, charities, volunteer groups and sports clubs. Quality product too- expect repeat business next year! Thanks again”

“I have used various badge making companies for my products and all have had faults and products not up tostandard. MBC are extremely helpfull and make it personal from help with design, right through to posting the items off, the products are always 100% spot on when recieved and very well made. They also have a huge range of items to choose from for your design. I will definately use them again and again and can recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. “We've used MBC a couple of times for neckers and woggles. The product has always been excellent on both occasions and we've been completely satisfied in that respect. I was particularly impressed with the necker orders we have done for our Scout group as there was a gap of over 3 years between the initial order and a follow up and you still had all the documentation and designs and could run the subsequent order without issue. In terms of areas to improve, you lost out on a big badge order with us (3000) because your prices were nowhere near what others quoted. I think you could perhaps deliver orders a bit quicker - 3 weeks appears to be a good benchmark to aim for.”
