“Fast response from initial enquiry to final product. However, the final badge was not as per the proof- some colour changes on the heart border. Have still used it as don’t want to waste 1000 badges.”

Hi Tina. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see that a colour error where one of the blue hearts has been incorrectly weaved in orange has been missed in QC. In these rare instances we do offer to replace the badges in full but, as you say, it is a shame to waste 1000 badges and we are grateful you can accept them with the fault. “Several years ago I bought 10 badges in advance. Then when I needed to use one I was informed that the conditions I bought them under had changed and had to be used within a year! This is unacceptable given my contract with MBC was to use them whenever I needed without any time limit. Given this, I couldn't possibly recommend a company that changes the contract at will. Very disappointed”

“The team were fantastic. They took a badge design that I had sent them and made some tweaks to get it to the clearest that it could be to produce the best outcome. The order was promptly dispatched and the communication was great all around. The prices were great. All in all, an excellent experience with the company.”

“I have opened a squirrel dray within scouting and for our group top we all have a section badge, I designed a badge and sent it over to MBC, they were very helpful in completing the finishing look and then making the badge within a few weeks. I will be returning in the future.”
