“Your service is great. Only problem is that while my address on your invoices is correct, you will insist on putting the wrong address on your delivery notes. I have asked for this to be changed, but to no avail. my address is 1 FRITH KNOWLE ( NOT 1 FIRTH KNOWLE ) This always confuses your UPS delivery driver as firth knowle is not in his system.”
