“Sales department was very helpful and responsive. The specially made badges took a few weeks to arrive then the courier changed the delivery date. MBC were very proactive in sorting this out, giving me much more information regarding the problems with delivery than I got from the courier. I am very pleased with the detail and quality of the badges. All round excellent service”

“Excellent service from the live chat team (I spoke to someone called Tom) they were extremely helpful in helping us get exactly what we wanted and for the right price. The neckers arrived very quickly and are perfect, very nice material and bright colours. The only thing I can say negativity is I expected the borders to be thicker.”

“Having made a mistake when ordering I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to amend it. I rang on the Monday morning and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, she sorted my order out and the refund was in my account in a few days, thank you. The scarves arrived quickly. They are well made and will look great.”
