“We have commissioned several badges from MBC in recent years. The service we have received has been exceptional, friendly, and always helpful. We have dealt with Sian principally, and she is always cheerful, dedicated to achieving the best for her clients, and a joy to speak to. The quality of the badges is invariably of the very highest, and our orders have always been processed and completed very speedily. We would never go anywhere else for our badges. Why would we?!!!”

“UPS have tried to deliver some badges I ordered a while ago, I believe they are driving to school seeing a closed shutter and driving off instead of walking down the community path as I instructed. MBC should have informed UPS and then we would have already received items which are needed by our scout group.”

Hi David. The order was despatched to you on 6th August on a next day service, which we made sure was well within time to be delivered to you for your required date of 16th August. As you were unavailable to sign for the delivery on the 7th, our courier left the parcel at your local access point to be collected. It has now been there for 7 days awaiting collection. We notify of despatch and supply tracking details with every order making every effort to keep you in the loop with the progression of the order. We have emailed you with the details of where to collect the parcel from - please do so before Saturday 17th or it will automatically be returned to us.
