“Very slow service compared to other companies, your website says your own factory but as soon as the order was sent and paid for, you then come up with supply chain issues, this should have been made clear before an order is made!”

Hi Steven. The supply chain issues were with our neckerchiefs only and a result of a Covid lockdown in Shanghai that occurred after your order was placed and lasted for two months. We could not have foreseen this and we are aware of other companies who had similar unavoidable issues. We kept clients up to date as best we could once it was clear the lockdown was lasting longer than originally anticipated. In normal circumstances, we offer a lead time of 4 weeks which is industry standard.

“Disappointed with turnaround time for my order for Group neckers. I appreciate that the main issue was outside their control but it is time to start sourcing materials from the UK or at least closer to home!”

“Chris, Lesley and their team are the most amazing company that produces embedded badges every year for me. They turn around 500 badges within 2 months of notice --- this is from artwork to the final product and delivered when required and never has been late. All the badges i have had have been loved by the people who get them and i can't give enough praise for the cost & service they have given to me over the years of using them., I would never go to another supplier as MBC does exactly what it says on the tin. Thank you so much TEAM MBC”

“MBC are great! They are quick to respond to enquiries, with honest and straightforward replies. Quotes and artwork are supplied very quickly and as a customer you are very well supported throughout the process with excellent communication. Lead times are fast and accurate and prices are very competitive. Can't fault them! Can thoroughly recommend MBC and have used them and recommended them on many occasions.”

“I have used MBE to design and produce large and small embroidered badges as well as soft enamel badges. I cannot rate them high enough. Despite numerous changes on my behalf during the design process nothing was too much trouble for them, with my requests and enquiries dealt with promptly. The whole process is easy and proffesional. The products themselves are of great quality and delivery was to time scale and easy.”
