We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the colours. Unfortunately the colours can never be guaranteed to be identical between suppliers. Our main colours are based on Scouting UK official colours and we do offer a free swatch book of colours upon request - this enables you to check these against any existing materials to match as best you can prior to placing an order.

“From a sketchy description over the phone of what was needed, produced a very good artists drawing, which I accepted. The resulting items were delivered in the time promised and everyone who has seen the ball markers are delighted with them. Thank you.”
