“Good customer service and communication throughout the order. I did email the company after I had recieved my order to say that the colour on the scarves had run a little, even though we washed them at the specified guidelines. I did not get any reply.”

Hi Stacey. Thank you for your review. I just wanted to note that we did reply to your email about this issue on the same day (4 January). It is not something we have encountered any problems with before or since, so hopefully it was an isolated incident.

“All emails with questions were speedily replied to . The very basic artwork I sent was emailed back as a completed "badge design"for my comments. The badges were delivered with in the time frame promised and the quality was excellent.”
