“Excellent service; the design was digitised from a paper drawing and everything about it was perfect. Correct colours used for Girlguiding trefoil as well, which sometimes doesn't happen with other companies. Very decent prices, and quick to respond.”

“We factor in that it takes 4 weeks for an order to be delivered but did not know that you outsource orders to Chinese workers causing a further 4 weeks delay because of the time of year we placed our order. Not happy with the excessive delay. Why didn't you ask someone else to complete our order so you meet your normal 4 weeks turnaround time?”

“I am very pleased with the scarves, very good material, very sturdy. I would have given very good, but we did have to wait a long time, next time I will make sure it's not Chinese New Year! I will order again. Thanks”

“We ordered our neckers in January but didn’t receive them until the middle of march. Quality is ok, they are the colour we wanted with the correct border. Next time we order we will make sure it is well in advance of needing them.”

Hi Emma. We are sorry it took longer than expected to receive your order. The lead time in normal circumstances is 3-4 weeks but because of the the time of year the order was placed there were delays to your order. Over the Chinese New Year period our factory closes for up to 3 weeks. This is advised on the website and in the order acknowledgements we send out at the time.

“We're a Boy Scout Troop in the United States of America. Our scouts love our country and wanted to have their uniform neckerchief design in similar fashion as that of our Nation's flag. Can't find it in the States. MBC has what they were looking for. MBC's ordering process is easy, delivery was super quick. This British company is right on the ball!”
