“Although my scout group had used your services before, I hadn't, so when I phoned you, the lady was super helpful and kind. So from start to finish I was impressed with the service from your company. Only thing I struggled trying to highlight the colour of the necker I was trying to purchase but after another phone call, it was sorted, another very helpful lady. So I ordered and was given a delivery date, in fact the delivery was approx 2 weeks early, so another plus, and of course the order was totally correct. Thanks and kind regards.”

“Having taken over the ordering of the club badges, produced by MBC, I was extremely pleased to talk straight away to a person who was, with relative ease, able to recall our previous orders - even though they were a couple of year's ago. MBC quoted me a price and delivery date, we placed our order and eveything arrived slightly ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with.”
