“MBC have worked with The Class 37 Locomotive Group over a number of years to create custom bafges. The have always been helpful with the designs and suggested new ideas and different ways of doing things. Our latest badge has just landed and we sold 12% of the stock in 4 days even without warm up advanced advertising. The design took a little longer because we used some techniques that were new to us. This is a picture of the badge not an artists drawing.”

“MBC are extremely easy to deal with - they are responsive to emails and reply quickly with artwork and quotations and lead times are good which are agreed when ordering. Can't fault them!”

“Good product but poor service. We agreed the order in late April and you invoiced me and confirmed receipt. When I chased after 4 weeks, only then did you start the production process. It's obvious that whoever acknowledged the payment didn't start the production until I chased. I actually missed the deadline for the event I needed the badges for.”

Hi Bruce. Thank you for your review and I'm sorry you feel we provided a poor service. The payment was received on 30th April and the production process began immediately. I don't know if you are confusing our email confirming order details and advising of an expected delivery date, which was sent on 23rd May, as an indication production was beginning? This was not the case. As the lead time for woven badges is advertised as (and quoted to be) approximately 4 weeks and the badges were delivered on 31st May, we think it's harsh to say we provided a poor service on this basis. We also weren't informed about a required date for your event and, had we known about this, we would have either advised it was not possible to deliver in time or made every effort to achieve the date for you.

“We ordered badges for our Scout Family camp, with a fairly tight timescale. The team were able to manipulate our artwork and create our badge perfectly. We were delighted with the results!”
