“Customer service is amazing to say the least but I am very disappointed in processing and shipping time. I am still waiting on blanket and sleeping bag orders that I placed in almost a month ago.. Prompt shipping was (and is) somewhat Essential considering that the weather is getting cold. It forced me to purchase another "hold over"' blanket which defeated my purpose of investing in only a few really "good quality" blanket!”

“My order was quite delayed - in the end almost 4 weeks (despite the shipping time being 2 weeks when I completed my order). Once the order had arrived the birthday we had bought most of the items for had passed. As there is no clear process for returns, I emailed the team and over 5 days later I am still waiting for a response.”

“Order didn't arrive when said it would. I had to chase up. No one responded to my email for over a week. Only when I msg on Facebook and then conveniently they sent the order within few days. It was advertised as a hamper so I thought it would arrive in one. Not just items thrown in to a box. Not impressed with service at all”

“Hi. I wasn't going to report it as it is minor but when I showed my sister the personalised towel with hoody I ordered she said I should let u know. The embroidery is actually not aligned for the word 'BABY' ... I can send you a picture to show what I mean. Happy with the quick delivery but quality of work not 100% on my order.”
