I bought this puddle suit and a pair of wellies on your website but only the puddle suit arrived. I queried this with the online system who apologised and said there had been an error on the system and that the wellies were not actually in stock despite the fact that the money had been taken from my bank account. She did apologise and said that there was now a voucher on my account as a gesture of good will. The voucher was 10% off which as you know you are able to get this discount various other ways. It’s such a shame as your products are so lovely but had I not queried the missing item I’d have been left out of pocket for an error out of my control.

Hello Kaija I am so sorry we couldn't fulfill your order in full. Unfortunately, although we do perform daily stock checks on our inventory, on rare occasions our system thinks an item is in stock but when the picker arrives as the pick face the item is simply not there or is not in a condition we are happy to send to customers. When this happens the warehouse conacts customer care who then contact customers and refund the part of the order that we couldn't fulfill. It has happened on occasion, and I suspect in your case, that during the time it takes to complete this process (and because we tend to ship orders very quickly) a customer can receive their part-order before we have contacted them about it. Please rest assured that we would never have left you out of pocket and you would have 100% been refunded for the item we could not fulfill. Please accept my apologies once again and I do hope we see you back at KIDLY soon.

I absolutely love the range of colours and I have bought every colour available. However not impressed with the quality. After only 1 wash on 30degrees the tights have bobbles on them. The style and design and overall look are great but shocked at the quality considering the price. Tesco branded and Sainsbury's branded tights have lasted longer and not bobble even after numerous washes. Unfortunately I purchased all the colours at once so could return but I'd buy 1 pack and try. Very overpriced website and quality isn't amazing. Marks and Spencers or NEXT seem to be better choices.

Received damaged items. Wanted an exchange but requested different size. Received exchange but sent wrong size. Asked for a refund for both items in the end but only refunded for one so had to get in touch again. At least they are quick to reply.

Delivery takes much longer than 3-5 days stated on website. 11 days probably more accurate

Sadly on this occasion I’ve been SO disappointed with the service of Kidly. I love this website / company but on two occasions in the last few weeks both orders were over a 9-10 delivery which meant everything had to then be returned and I didn’t receive the items that I needed in time for the event I needed. Very disappointed

Slow dispatch, no tracking available. Contacted customer service to track the order, being told it’s dispatched with DPD saturday service, but ended up received from Royal Mail 5 days after

We bought two unfortunately one leaked everywhere and we have not even able to use it! The other works well and lives upto our expectations. Very, extremely disappointed that we have been left put of pocket, they are not cheap. It could be factory fault as one does work. Overall mixed review for this item.

Product was great, packaging was absolutely disgraceful I have never seen so much wastage for such a small order. Sent an email but haven’t heard anything back. Unfortunately, won’t be ordering from you again :(

Hello Jessica, Thanks for your review. We'v checked our inbox and cannot find any message from you (at this email address). If you could pop onto our live chat (open 7am-11pm every day) we'd love to find out more about the excess packaging. We have strict guidelines at the warehouse to leave as little 'air' in parcels to minimuse packaging and we only ever use recycled or biodegradable packaging when we need to protect items inside parcels. Sometimes the brands we sell do use a significant amount of their own packaging around the products themselves. We do not have control over this, but it would be really useful to find out more from you so we can look into the source of the issue and feed back the the brand if it is their packaging that was excessive. We 100% hear your frustrations here. James

Beautiful rug and soft. However, there was a strong toxic smell when it first arrived. We have aired the rug for three weeks and the smell is only just starting to disappear. Contacted Kidly who said I could return it but didn’t want the hassle. Wish I had sent it back- a toxic smelling rug for a nursery isn’t great.

We order a lot from Kidly and usually they are good but on this occasion they sent us a pretty bad Wigiwama bean bag. I didn’t realise that it was a second until I saw that my sibling had ordered one months later and was much fuller than ours and didn’t have beans coming out of it like ours. I don’t think this went through any quality control.

Hello I am so sorry to read about the bag you received not meeting your expectations. We have looked into this and have never in fact received a return of this bag so it is definitely not a second. I'd also like to re-assure you that even if the item was a return, we do quality check all returns for re-sale. We have contacted the supplier about your issue with the bag being not full enough. I ordered this one twice and both times a pair of the socks(yellow ones) seemed faulty and poor quality and had to return it.

Hello, glad you asked! I’m very glad that we always supervise our son as the wheel and axel have just fallen off for the umpteenth time. We either have to tighten the screw so much it doesn’t wheel or loosen it to the point where it falls off!
