I have loved all the Mori clothes I have previously bought, but unfortunately I have to give a poor review to the Originals Joggers, which I bought for my 5 year old. They are a lovely fit and beautifully soft, but the knee wore through and got a hole less than 6 weeks after I'd bought them. He didn't fall in them, they simply wore through. Even if he had fallen they shouldn't break - they need to be tougher than that if they're designed for young children, who crawl, climb, run and fall all the time. So, they're lovely to look at but not nearly durable enough for children of this age.

The sleeping bag design need some improvement.For example, the zip should be design open from both side up and bottom. Very difficult to put it on my son literally cry every time! Compare to others brand they make the zip can be open /close from both side is much easier to put on. Also the material only wash once already looks quite bad. I won’t recommend the sleeping bag! Others stuff I purchased was good.

I sadly have felt let down, the descriptions on the Jellycat soft toys were not accurate. Two items I ordered where described as the full size soft toy but what arrived was the small version. I feel mislead and disappointed.

I paid for next day delivery (£7.95 - not cheap at all!), but did not get my parcel. I was at home the whole day (difficult to go out with a newborn), but got a message saying that "nobody was home" so they couldn't deliver the parcel which was a lie. Therefore, I had to wait and collect it myself from a drop off point the day after, even though I have paid for next delivery.

I placed an order on February 8th but have yet to receive the items. I have contacted your support team twice, but unfortunately, the responses have been unhelpful. One representative merely read the latest tracking status, which I could check myself. Another representative assured me they would reach out to the carrier but has not followed up for two working days. Now, the item is being returned to your warehouse without any resolution. To make matters worse, I received a review survey despite not receiving my order—indicating a lack of proper order tracking on your end. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Given the circumstances, I no longer wish to proceed with this order and demand a full refund immediately. Please process this refund and confirm the details at your earliest convenience. I expect a prompt resolution.

I didn’t actually receive the item I ordered because, very sadly, the delivery company used was Evri who failed to even try to deliver my parcel before apparently sending it back to Kidly. There wasn’t much customer services could do other than apologise but I won’t be ordering from Kidly again because they use Evri.

I was really excited about this purchase and happy with the delivery time, it was a day or two at most after ordering. However that’s where the positives ended. It was smaller than I was anticipating and when turned on, it was just like a toy. Very flimsy and cheap feeling. The quality of the screen is dreadful, just blurred and pixelated. If this was £20 then fine, but it’s not. Wouldn’t buy again or recommend.

Hello, I am so sorry you have not received your order. Having clicked into your tracking link I can see that Royal Mail shows it as having been delivered and signed for on the 1st August. Hey Joanne, I am so sorry your order took a while to reach you. I can see from the tracking that it arrived with you yesterday, on the 10th working day after placing your order. We do specify on our website 6-8 days for orders to the US and almost all orders do arrive in around 4-6 days. Occasionally though, for reasons we can't control or fully understand, orders can be delayed in US Customs and I can see that although yours arrived in the US on the 26th July, it did not clear customs until 10pm on the 31st,meaning US onward ground transit would not have been able to start until the 1st. All I can say is, please remain assured that orders are usually faster than this to the US and I do hope to see you at KIDLY again soon. James

Hello David, Thanks for leaving a review. I have looked into your order from the 15th July. I can see we delivered it to you on the 17th July, then received your return back into the warehouse on Friday 26th July and duly processed and refunded it on Monday 29th July. As we advise on the website, if you use the Royal Mail service which we provide free fo charge, it can take up to 10 working days for us to receive, process and refund your return from the date you send it to us. I'm pleased to see that, even if you sent the return back to us on the same day you received your order, we managed to complete it within a few days of that promise. I do hope we see you back at KIDLY soon. James

Seems intentionally hard to start a return to the US.

Hey Dimitar. I'm sorry you are having to return an item to us. There's no need to 'start' a return with us. Its even easier than that. We include a delivery note in your order that has a returns section. All you need to do to return to us is include that same note in your parcel, close the parcel back up and send it back to us. Paid for fast track delivery and these came faulty. Wasn’t happy that I paid £7 for postage to come the next day and when they arrived the one shoe was faulty and wanted these for our holiday for our daughter.
