I was excited to receive this product, however was extremely disappointed. The product arrived and was scratched and chipped across many areas. To be completely honest, it looked like a second hand product. I had to send it back which is just frustrating given how long it takes to sort it all out I.e repackage a large product and have to print out my own return labels due to the size and weight. Kidly does offer a free returns policy which is about the only positive. Once I requested it to be picked up from my home, Evri who deals with this for Kidly, sent me a notification that they would be picking this up at 18:30-20:30. Extremely inconvenient considering we have a baby that is in bed and was subsequently woken up. Still waiting to receive either a refund or replacement product. Though more concerned that if a replacement arrives that it’ll be just the same and I’ll have to go through all the trouble of sorting out a return. Unfortunately, not impressed.

My only feedback is that I ordered three pairs of jelly at full price last week for my Grandchildren only to find that they have now been reduced to half price. I would have returned them and re-ordered but as we are to go holiday, I don't have the time. Love the jelly's as they are lovely and soft on delicate skin.

Hello Deborah I am so sorry we left you disappointed after we put the Jellies on promotion just after you placed your order. Like any retailer, we are always trading and promoting various items at various times but I know how disappointing it can be when you just miss out. Hopefully, you've seen a note by now from our customer care team, who have contacted you about this, but I'd also just like to say, if ever you have an issue with any part of our service, we are on live chat every day, during waking hours, and are always happy to listen and help as soon as an issue arises or question springs to mind. Ordered this bike on the 4th June 2022, which arrived on the 6th June, my husband assemble bike for my grand daughters birthday, only to find a default with the stabilisers. I advised Kidly of the fault & was given option of replacing stabilisers. After many emails from different sales assistant. I have asked for refund as the quality of the bike was not what I expected, and we are now on the 17 June, and the bike has not been collected for return to Kidly as the first courier Evri refused to take a heavy item, and further attempts to collect from Evri has been no show. Overall a major disappointment & would not recommend or purchase from Kidly in the future. Woodburn

Hello I am so sorry to read you didn't receive your order. I can see via the tracking link that Royal Mail tried to deliver to you on the 22nd of April and the tracking page shows that they are still awaiting your instruction as to how they can get the parcel to you. Just a note to say, I would encourage you, in future, to keep a close eye on tracking details, especially if your parcel feels like it's running late. Our two trusted couriers, Royal Mail and DPD are very good at offering options to get parcels to customers when an initial delivery fails. That said, I can also see that you contacted our help team today as well as leaving this review and that they have fully refunded your order for you and added a discount to your account for a future order. I know it's disappointing to not receive an order, especially when about to travel, but I do hope the team helped you as best they could in the circumstances. Wishing you an enjoyable trip, James

Sorry but unfortunately my experience had been poor. I ordered two pairs of jelly shoes for £20, checked your return policy incase they were too small and felt that was ok to easily return and exchange to find actually to exchange does not exist. I had to return and purchase a new pair before my refund for the pair I returned. Then to find you have under refunded me! I was owe £10 and I have been transferred £8 only! It was agreed I would not miss out on the two for £20 deal all because I needed the size up. I now have to chase this up, wasting more of my time. Not a happy customer!

I see you placed your on Sunday afternoon the week before last, using our Standard Delivery service and that it was successfully delivered to you on Wednesday morning. Hello, I order the sweetest little doll as a gift for my 4 year old niece. I rely on sweet little shops for gift as I live in Australia and she lives in the UK. Whilst Kidly offer a gift message they do not present the order as a gift. My little niece was so excited to open the parcel addressed to her. Upon opening the little dolly and expensive dolly was suffocated in plastic. An anti climax to say the least she couldn’t open it was too difficult not a great representation of “ethically handmade” product as purchased and absolute fail in a lesson of looking after our planet. Not ethical at all. Please do better.

Hello Gilly Thank you so much for leaving a review expressing your concerns about product packaging. We take our sustainable efforts very serriously. Where we are 'in control' of our packaging (ie. the parcels we send out and the product packaging of our own label, KIDLY Label) we ensure all packaging is minimal and sustainable. Unfortunately, not all brands we sell package their own products in an eco-friendly way and we are in constant dialogue with them to try to improve on this and we also let them know that it affects our own customers' experience and isn't aligned with KIDLY values. Please rest assured I will certainly be taking your feedback back to the buying team so they can discuss it with the brand of the doll you purchased. James

Last week I place an order for three items. I paid for next day delivery and the day after only two out of three items arrived. I was then waiting for the last item to be delivered separately and five days later I received a wrong replaced item. I got in touch with customer care three times and I’m still waiting for my item. The deeds refund me for the delivery though

I don’t understand why the packet was open when it came? The packet for the kids toy was open and damaged. I don’t think it is safe to be selling toys this way as babies are using it. I had to throw it away. I don’t think I will be using this store ever again.

I have been seeing Kidly ads on my socials for quite a while and I finally purchased some items for my son on 24 December and never received my parcel. I understand that things can happen and parcels can be stolen or lost on the way, especially during Christmas time. But I sent several emails asking to clarify the situation and refund so I can purchase somewhere else. I have NEVER received a response from Kidly and it's been almost a month!!!! The worst online shopping experience EVER!

First, may I assure you our team are online from 7am-11pm every day ready to help, responding to 99% of emails in under an hour and chats in under 2 minutes. We have checked the system for your emails but unfortunately, none of them reached us, which we will investigate with our messaging software provider. Ordered a 3/4. Slow delivery and then item was a 1/2. Called customer support ans very helpful person was most apologetic and said correct size would be dispatched immediately and was in stock. I sent back incorrect one but to date no replacement. I’m very unhappy.
