Did not receive this item. Delivery firm did not deliver and you could not send another as it had sold out. Not very happy with this first experience. Gemma was very helpful but your systems only allowed her to do so much. I was given a refund but I would have preferred the item.I don’t think I will order from you again not because of your goods but I don’t want the hassle if you use the same delivery company.

I was excited but these lovely jelly shoes, but sadly the fit just wasn't right. I bought my son's size, but the fit was very loose. They ended up rubbing his ankles causing them to bleed (I felt terrible, obviously!).

Love Kidly but these shoes were terrible. My daughter wore them once and they cut her feet to pieces. Total waste of money. I recommend Kidly but NOT these shoes! They were awful!

The quality of the kidly label products is really mixed. I have had some be ok and nice designs, fair prices but I've had things break or disintegrate really frequently and different issues for the same product. The support team are, generally, nice but it's been so frustrating to spend time going back to them to explain various faults.

I ordered this doll and delivery was fine, I have sent the item back which is not your guys fault. But the return has been bad still not heard anything weather you have received it and when I will be getting my money back

I bought my son the “The Daydreamer” sunglasses a few days ago but I didn't like the quality. The mirrored lens scratches super easily. For the price it's not worth it.

Product I was great but the packaging it was sent it was full of plastic. I only ordered a small item and it came in a big box with lots of plastic. For a company selling Childrens products it’s pretty shameful to make that much waste

Just to put your mind at rest, the plastic protective infill you mentioned is post-consumer-waste plastic, it's not single-use plastic and is fully biodegradable. Here is more info on the plastic: "The Opus Bio biodegradable cushions can be reused, recycled in the appropriate waste stream, or recycled through composting Opus R recycled film uses post-consumer waste plastic to minimise the amount of unsustainable virgin plastic being used and going to landfill" Please rest assured that we take great care in choosing protective yet sustainable packaging. I do want to order the now-in-stock NEUTRAL highchair. Can’t fault delivery, or returns service (high chair much more pink than in the online picture) but have yet to receive my returns money. that’s all. I bought this for my daughter’s baby girl.

Unfortunately the second bunny in the stack was so tightly fitted into the first I had to prise the 2 parts open with a knife. I would have returned the item, but had bought it as a present which was needed for the following day. So I used sandpaper to loosen the fit and make the toy useable for a child. Also on 2 of the bunnies, the felt ears attached to the back didn’t line up with the face on the front. Disappointing.

It took ages to arrive and when it did the one item that I really wanted (backpack) didn’t come and instead I got someone else’s wellie boots!

I am so sorry I have to give you a bad review as you were trying to be helpful by sending out my parcel twice - however you are badly let down by your delivery company who failed to deliver the parcel TWICE! This was a secret santa present for a pregnant colleague - last night we held the gift opening - hers never arrived. It was so sad and really humiliating. I spent £15 on nothing and she had nothing to open. You have to sort out your delivery company as this is totally unacceptable.

Hello Lucy. Please don't apologise, We can't get it right all the time and reviews are valuable feedback to help us improve. I have looked into your order. I am so sorry there were issues in getting it to you. I can see the first one was 'delivered to a neighbour' by Royal Mail but the neighbour had no knowledge of this, which is disappointing. Royal Mail usually is a wonderful delivery partner, plus we only use their Tracked service for extra peace of mind, so I can only apologise for this and assure you that they do usually provide a superior service. I can see we then sent your recipient a replacement via DPD, also a premium courier who in general do a fantastic job for us and other retailers. This order shows as delivered, with a photo confirming it at the doorstep, on the 21st December (which looks like it would have been in time for the gift opening on the 22nd). Please could I check with you, are you saying this was also NOT delivered? Many thanks for your help with this and please do accept our apologies once again for the issues you have had. Ordering these bottles turned into a massive hassle. We're now on attempt four to deliver the correct items but I'm not feeling very hopeful!

Really disappointed in the promise of next day delivery. Ordered this specifically for that reason for a birthday gift and it arrived 4 days later. Hard to justify straying from Amazon where it’s on time and free.

It looks like a guitar and has soft strings for kids to use safely, but the product is ultimately pants and not worth buying, doesn't tune and sounds terrible even for a toy guitar

2 days after it arrived at my nephew's I was informed Kidly had sent the wrong item - as it happened, he hadn't yet opened the gift-wrapped parcel. Was asked to arrange to send it back and choose another present as crane truck was sadly no longer available. Kidly merely refunded postage of three pounds which seemed a bit mean but I'm not really bothered about the money for myself. Lots of ensuing emails with your staff around managing to return as family live in a fairly remote area of North West Scotland and so some difficulties there which I won't go into here. I didn't feel staff were sympathetic to small boy being disappointed on his 3rd birthday in terms of possibly adding an extra small present or just something to make up for serious blunder. Had to press the issue with several staff who didn't address the particular points I made. Eventually got apology (for misunderstanding me) and 10% discount 'for any future purchase'. Not too impressed by Kidly and I'm honestly not usually one to complain. Why do you think I'd purchase again?! Can't review take apart Crane Truck as my nephew didn't get it! Replacement arrived pretty promptly, I believe. And at least you had staff available (early to late) to email which was good but I just didn't think they dealt with the issue very professionally. You asked for this review so here it is!! I'd say Poor but, when I clicked on it, Very Poor was highlighted and I can't seem to change that! Cheers and good luck with your business but just a small change in attitude would get a much, much better rating from me.
