“Fab experience customer service wise, after a few human errors made when ordering. Super quick response and personalised service. Only comment I would make is to have the option to 'edit' orders (In my instance I wanted to add a message after I had already ordered). Instead of cancelling the order and starting again.”

“The kidly label jelly shoes are lovely, they feel good quality, nice colours. We have had to return as came up to big, would advise going down a size. Brilliant to have innersole and Velcro straps for ease. My daughter hasn’t worn them yet so can’t comment on comfort. Fantastic customer services in the chat when needing to return. Very thorough and arranged refund quickly.”

“I ordered this little bib for my baby, on a recommendation from a friend. Easy to order from the website. Unfortunately I was sent someone else’s order by mistake. Customer services were excellent, very apologetic. I returned the item as instructed. So my actual order took a little longer that I expected. I am really pleased with my purchase. It’s an excellent design.”
