“It’s a really lovely play mat and nice that it’s a bit padded but unfortunately the green pattern on it ran when I washed it and turned the white things a nasty dirty green colour which wasn’t great.”

“Fantastic customer service overall, as the parcel was lost, so they refunded my shipping costs and sent me a new item out. However, unfortunately it arrived after Christmas and I didn’t check the item when it did arrive and it was the wrong colour from what I initially ordered. But the product itself is perfect.”

“One of the products I bought had lots of chips in when it arrived and was completely broken and unusable after 1 week of playing with it. However, I can’t fault the customer service from KIDLY, I’ve never had a company reply to my emails so promptly (even in the week up to Christmas and on a Sunday) and they dealt with my requests as I well as I could have hoped. So although I wouldn’t buy the product again I would shop with KIDLY again.”

“Sadly one of the items I wanted was sold out and Kidly forgot to let me know. On the other hand being able to Chat to a member of staff late on Christmas Eve was extremely helpful and impressive. Happy New Year to you all”

“A beautiful colour that fit to size. Really easy to put on and to take off. These seem to have a good grip (we are yet to try them out in snowy weather) and keep little feet toasty and warm. The only thing I'd love is somewhere to write my little one's name inside (for nursery) but other than that have no complaints!”

“Lovely quality hat for my granddaughter.. But my daughter likes natural products, so was not impressed with the lining .. Very difficult to find totally environmental friendly products . Great company ,have bought several different products from Kidly .”
