“I don’t feel this product was as good as the reviews. The pads don’t stick on the thumb piece properly and the pads don’t file my babies nails. It is well packaged and delivery was prompt.”

“it doesn’t really do anything, it didn’t file the nail properly and i still had to use a nail cutter, very over priced for the product”

“It doesn't seem to file the nails at all? Followed the instructions but ive gone bacl to scissors now. Such a shame as i had high hopes after seeing on Mrs Hinchs stories. Not even cheap either”

Hi, We're sorry to hear that you did not get on with our product. Are you filing in one direction at a time? If you file in a sawing motion it can leave a jagged edge or split the nail, similar to a normal nailfile. If you are still having problems please get in touch through our customer service email address (customerservice@baby-nails.co.uk) and we will offer further advice or provide a refund. “Couldn’t get it to stay in my thumb”

“We bought this for my grandson in the hopes of keeping his nails trim without the need for baby scissors or clippers. It's useless! Didn't touch his little nails AT ALL! The pad peels off no sooner than you've put it on. Altogether a total waste £15!”
