Not very good we have yet to recieve our chair, your courier XDP has sent it out for delivery twice but cancelled. So still waiting for the chair !! very disappointed

Well I received an email to say it was dispatched on Friday and should be with me soon. It’s Tuesday and I’m still waiting, with no updates about the delivery and no details to check. Not very good at communicating with the customer

I paid for next day delivery of my playpen order so I would have it for my granddaughter visiting. DHL emailed to say it wouldn’t be delivered next day, so it showed up too late. I emailed BabyMonitors to tell you this, and asked for the next day delivery fee to be refunded, but I didn’t get a reply. I’m very disappointed with the service.

I received part of the wrong order. I called the helpline and left a voicemail with my details as requested and still no-one has got back to me. Please can this be actioned ASAP? Order number 100106163

Still awaiting to hear about damages. delivery was delayed without notice. Packages came in dribs and drabs over 3 days without any tracking notice. Once received all of the packages all of them had some damages have put together furniture and there is scuffs and scratched. I have taken photos and awaiting an answer. However Holly and Charlotte have been helpful to the best of their ability.

I wouldn’t order from this website again had nothing but issues from the start from i first put the item, now a couple of months down then line when I need to use the monitors the unit doesn’t hold charge and within a couple of hours or less of using , I’m now on the 3rd replacement and the won’t refund me my money back as it’s a few months since we bought this

Purchased a VisionNova 8 baby monitor set at the beginning of July. Delivery was quick, it looked smart (I liked the touchscreen monitor) and set up was easy; however, it soon became apparent that the app didn’t work outside of the home WiFi, whereas the description on the website said it would work wherever there was internet connectivity. I then also discovered one of the power adaptors was not working (the monitor actually came with US plugs and so 2 UK adaptors were enclosed separately in the parcel). Emailed customer services and received a reply 2-days later advising that the support team would look into it and get back to me. Didn’t hear anything back within the following week so decided to return for a refund as it didn’t match the description on the website (so it didn’t do what we wanted it to) and there was also an annoying buzzing sound from the camera so you can’t have the sound turned up on the monitor to hear baby!! Emailed as per their instructions for a returns number; waited a few days, no reply so I phoned them. Appears my email was overlooked and the girl sent through the information needed to send the monitor back. Returned immediately the same day but had to use Royal Mail special delivery as the returns label provided wouldn’t print in the correct format to be accepted by the post office (tried 2 different computers and printers). That cost me £11! I did email to inform them of this; but as with all other emails, there was no reply. Waited 2 weeks as per information on the website and heard nothing so sent an email enquiring when to expect the refund. No reply so phoned them 5 days later and was told they would look into it and get back to me the same day. I ended up having to phone them back 5 minutes before they closed to find out what was happening and was told it had been processed; then got a confirmation email a few minutes after I got off the phone call. The refund then only took 2 days to be paid back to my bank, but overall I was left with the impression that they aren’t keen on refunding (as I had to chase them so much) and I am £11 out of pocket for the return postage! Unfortunately, I wouldn’t buy from here again.

Not particularly impressed with BabyMonitorsDirect. I ordered and paid for this monitor on 2 March. It arrived on 7 April. I appreciate that this was due to a limited availability of stock from the supplier but I was provided with no update on delivery time in that whole 5 week period. This was despite numerous emails asking for an update (which were ignored), which resulted in me then having to call BMD and asked to be kept updated but I never was. I won't be ordering from this company again. In terms of the monitor itself, it is very good. Easy to use with a very clear screen. My one criticism is the battery life of the product which, if you have the video screen on, is a few hours at most. This means you have to cart the charger round the house with you which is a bit of a pain. I have now seen the response from BMD. An email was sent from you on 2 March (the same day as my order confirmation), saying you were out of stock and that the item would be in stock on 13 March. This was the first I heard about low stock availability and I received no further updates per my comments above. This led me to call your customer services team who confirmed the delay and said they would keep me updated. They didn't. Your comments don't at all address the fact I received no update about my delivery, until I chased for one, in that 5 week period.

Ordered online well before the 4pm cut off. Order was arbitrarily held with no notification, emails confirmed everything had gone through ok. No communication from the company. No real apology blaming the system and taking no responsibility, and did nothing to put it right. Would never use again.
