“It is nice but,two low and not usable for rain I cover the plastic it's to short to cover the stroller and there no small pocket to like a bottle or small thing for baby...to be honest I want to return but it's hassle for me as a single mom but leave..I already bought it so stay here at home I can't used now due to rain because headboard he become wet there no cover there ....I'm sorry”

“Very poor. You have taken my order and money, advised that goods have been dispatched and when I query when the goods are to arrive 6 days after the order was placed I am informed that the goods have been discontinued. No communication from yourselves. I would still be waiting if I hadn't got in touch”

“Awful I purchased a puschair what came with a free iso fix base had my puschair but no iso fix base when I contacted them they said I was right an that unfortunately the item was out of stock and I would have to purchase one as by then the offer was out of date , fuming is not the word as I wanted the iso fix base x custome service was rubbish”

“I purchased the Callowesse baby monitor priced at £69.99. The delivery of the monitor was very quick. Unfortunately after setting up I could see the monitor screen clarity was very inferior. I can compare it to my sons Motorola baby monitor because I had been using this and the screen quality of this monitor is superb. That night I emailed baby monitors direct to express my disappointment and could you send me details for returning the Callowesse. I was given a reference number to quote in all further correspondence. The following day I spoke with Rachel from customer services, who was very helpful, and explained the returns procedure. She was very sorry that I wasn't happy with my Callowesse that I had purchased and she did apologise on several occasions. I explained to her that I did have the Motorola for comparison and the picture quality of the Callowesse model was a big concern. Rachel's email arrived some five minutes after speaking with her with the returns number. I have now packed up the Callowessse and returned it to you. In hindsight if I'd have purchased a more expensive model, with a higher quality screen resolution on the monitor the purchase would have been an enjoyable experience. The picture quality in the brochure and on the product box was superb, but in reality it was nothing like this on the monitor, which makes me think these pictures were superimposed. Overall the customer service from Baby Monitors Direct was excellent, but I feel I was let down by an inferior quality product. David Whiting. Order No. 141799066 Order date 17-10-2022”

“Not good!had it for less than a week and the charger wasn’t connecting to the camera anymore.We opened the camera base to find piecies glueded together everywhere. Ended up throwing it in the bin as not worth buying another camera that cost pretty much like the full package!”

“If we didn’t need this product soo much we probably would have returned it. The bottom is just material so if a baby cannot fully sit upright or is unsteady they will bang there head on the floor. We have had to put extra padding under our baby so she doesn’t smash her head off the floor underneath her. The biggest safety issues for this play pen is the fact that the bars run across each section & the mesh is very flexible meaning babies can also hit there heads & faces off the bars. I have had to buy foam pipe covers to keep my baby safe, which is an additional expense that I don't expect to have to fork out after already buying a play pen that should be safe. Not impressed buy this play pen, the space is the only good thing.”
