“Purchased changing unit for new born, was fed up with all changing kit on floor. The unit is well made for the money and simple to build. It is a little on the large side, so check your measurements. Excellent. Service, very quick delivery and great communication.”

“My baby isn't due for a few months yet, so I am yet to use the product, but overall I am happy with the bag. There aren't a lot of changing bags that are suitable for Mum and Dad, but my husband was really pleased with the design of this one and is happy to wear it. There are lots of pockets and extras, and it certainly seems like it will be big enough to hold everything we need. Impressed with the speed of delivery also.”

“Contacting baby and child on prices is very easy. They send an email straight away. I bought a baby jogger city mini double bundle and it got delivered the next day! Very fast delivery and it was really needed since i needed to take my newborn to one of his appointments with my 1 and a half year old the day after it got delivered. I unfortunately had trouble with the brakes and contacted baby and child. It didn't take long at all to receive a reply and they were very helpful. Even contacted baby jogger to get in touch with me directly. The issue was sorted and they still apologised for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend their services as they are very reliable. Thank you very much!”

The staff I liased with via email always responded very promptly and put an amazing package together for me offering advice on what to go for, as I was about to buy a line that was being discontinued. Ordered my pushchair and it was at my house the following day - major high street retailers have a wait of up to 5 weeks for these pushchairs. Would recommend this company to anyone!!”

“Baby and child gave excellent customer service from start ot finish. I would say they excelled themselves. My emails were all answered within half an hour. The prams I was interested in were bought to my house to showcase ( we live near the company). When I ordered, it was delivered within 24 hours. I got the bumbleride indie which is a fab pram. Some of the best customer service I've received in any establishment and I work in retail.”

“I purchased the cot for my Son whose baby is not due until July. The problem we had was to buy a drop-side,one handed cot . Found this one but then had to shop around for best price and the item being in stock. Unable to comment on the product because we are holding it for them due to lack of space. The service received was very good.I was informed of delivery almost immediately. The other company whose price was the same could not deliver before the beginning of july and other sites were both more expensive and the mattress cost extra. So all-in-all very pleased with the purchase, I hope it is ok when it is finally unpacked, but that will be the manufacturers fault.”
