“The Baby & Child Website was very helpful. We were interested in a pram that they couldn't list the price. I asked for a quote online and almost immediately I had an answer. The price was very good (better than anywhere else we found) and there were even quite a few perks to the offer that made the deal even sweeter. The delivery was free and quite quick and the service through DPD was spot on. They told us exactly when they were going to be here and were quite punctual. The product is perfect and was packed and shipped very well. I would definitely use this site again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stroller.”

“I was a bit dubious about ordering from baby and child store as it is not a well know retailer, But I would now recommend baby and child store to everyone. The product I ordered was cheaper than I had found anywhere else and the product arrived within 24 hours! The communication from the company was great. All in all I am extremley happy with the service and can not fault this company :-)”

“Products ordered (Hauck isofix base and Hauck changing bag) were of great quality. I cannot fault the service I received from Baby & Child Store, the communications were excellent, the items were received the next day and the delivery company they use text you and mail your give you an hour time slot. You are even able to change the delivery day if you are not about. Baby & Child store is going to be my FIRST choice when looking for baby goods in the future!!”

“It was my first order with this company but it certainly won't be my last! Customer services were extremely helpful and prompt with their responses. I ordered a Baby Jogger City Mini GT as it was a great deal - the best I had found (I had done my research and contacted many independent retailers who don't advertise Baby Jogger prices). I ordered on Sunday and it arrived, in perfect condition on Tuesday morning. I couldn't be happier and my little boy loves his new pushchair.”

“Our order was delivered next working day as promised, and we were given a 1 hour time slot on day of delivery so no hanging about at home all day. Unfortunately when we opened the package it was not the colour we had ordered, although I do feel it was an easy mistake as nothing on the pacakage indicated what colour was inside it. One quick phone call to Baby and Child Store and the correct item was despatched with no fuss whatsoever. The replacement arrived next day, spot on time and the incorrect item taken away. I am very impressed with the service they provided. Although we haven't had chance to use the push chair yet, I am very pleased so far, it was easy to put together and will fit in the boot of my car, which was one of the problems we have had with other pushchairs. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Good prices, free delivery and excellent service, what more could you want.”

“I ordered the Baby Jogger City Mini 2014 in Crimson after much debate. I couldn't decide between this model and the GT. I'm very happy with my choice so far. Baby and Child Store have been amazing, excellent communication, smooth transaction and I had the pushchair delivered in under 24 hours from the time I placed the order. I will not hesitate to order from this company again.”
