“I ordered a Baby Jogger City Elite push chair on a Friday afternoon. I recieved an instant order update by email to advise it would ship on the Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday. After a hiccup with delivery due to a courier error, I contacted the shop to advise them of this and ask for an update. Throughout this process they kept me updated and were quick to respond to any queries. The push chair was delivered a two days later in perfect condition. I always think a company isn't truly showing you their mettle unless something goes wrong and they show how they cope. On that basis, I would happily recommend Baby & Child Store.”

“Excellent supplier. I wished we had seen them a few weeks ago as time was wasted by other companies who claimed to have the goods in stock. only to inform that they could not guarantee a delivery date. Not here though - goods in stock and emails to inform of both dispatch and delivery dates with time windows for the actual goods to arrive at the door. I can highly recommend this supplier for both its supply and customer service operation.”

“One of the best customers service from online company! Wanted to know a specifics item was in stock and I called up at least 5 companies. Most of the websites don't have a phone number so making it extremely hard and tedious to just ask a simple question. When I did find a number to call for one of the competitors they couldn't even answer this basic question. However when I called up Baby & Child they not only answers the phone but also my questions and told me everything I needed to know to make my purchase, they were also the cheapest but I would have paid more just to receive this level of service. My cot was delived on time and their communication throughout was excellent. It doesn't take much to give good customer serivice! Thank you!! Will buy from you again. Keep it up. You just gained a loyal customer.”

After finally choosing the Out n About Nipper Double V3, Baby and Child put a bundle together of all my requirements.
