“Over 4 weeks of placing my order for a shire bunny house for my grandchild I had a delivery date which was cancelled on the that morning and am still waiting to hear from the manufacturers. Do not purchase anything on line with this company as they just farm it out and you have course of complaint or to cancel the order. Disgraceful”
“I had a frustrating experience with this company. Despite paying a significant amount for a pram, it was never delivered. They blamed the delivery company, offered no assistance in resolving my complaint, and even attempted to involve the police. The company insisted it was delivered to our absent neighbors, but we provided evidence of their holiday. Despite this, they continue to avoid issuing a refund. They are disrespectful and unhelpful.”

“Absolutely appalling customer services. I bought kinderkraft aveo put it all together as per instructions. Took little boy who may I add is only just over a year old out on it and he ended up in the road due to the handle bars still giving him control when I thought that's what the parental control was for. Spent the night in a&e with my son and will be seeking legal advice. Company has this item back and still Awaiting full refund from this company for this DANGEROUS item. Customer services are appalling and not at all helpful. Will be taking this a lot further and getting in touch with bank for chargeback seems I do not have the item and these have not refunded.”
“Ordered my products last week Sunday (Aug 28th) and selected "free no rush delivery" thinking it'll take 5/7 working days to receive but its been 7 working days now and my products have still not been dispatched. Spoke to someone from customer services and they couldn't care less advising I should of paid for 2-4 day delivery service if I can't wait.
The delivery time for "free no rush delivery" should be listed on the website, same as the other delivery options, to inform the customer what they are getting into before making a decision as I would of glady paid £5 if i knew the delivery and service was going to be this poor. Would not recommend, feeling like I've been robbed!”
