“After 2 years and 3 companies, costing me thousands, I still had a leaky roof. Finally I contacted B&S and I should have gone to them first. Found the problem immediately, made repairs, including damage done by previous attempts and now all is finally sorted. They came within a week of quoting and the work was done quickly, at a reasonable price. Very happy with them.”

“We required a completely new roof after spray foam insulation from a previous owner caused widespread rot and damage. Steve and B&S Roofing were the third roofers that came to inspect and provide a quote, yet were the first to mention other aspects like insulation and building control. This immediately made me trust them, as previous roofers had neglected to mention this, or said that it was not necessary. After booking B&S to do the job, everything progressed very smoothly. The team were professional, friendly, and considerate, and Steve himself was extremely flexible and reasonable when we asked to change the tiles that were to replace the existing ones. This was a big job that cost a lot of money. We are very happy with the way Steve and his team conducted the job; communication was good, work was of a high quality, and any issues were quickly and reasonably dealt it. I would have no issue recommending him to others, and will certainly book again for any future works.”

“B&S roofing = Brilliant!! We've had these guys out previously to fix our bodged roof. The lads we dealt with were all good natured, hard working lads, that were always polite and friendly. So when it came to needing insulation in our loft there was nobody else I would've called. Steve is always quick to reply to emails or texts and let's you know, what's happening when and who will be coming. It's really lovely to feel like they actually care about the work they are doing for you. I would highly recommend them”

“B&S Roofing Nottingham were the only roofing contractor to reply to me, replaced lead flashing on two of my chimneys, re bed and replaced ridge tiles across my roof, fantastic workmanship and the lads that came out were brilliant, price for the works was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend B&S Roofing Nottingham.”

“Great service. We noticed a couple of roof leaks right in the middle of the recent spell of bad weather and heavy rain. I didn't expect to be able to get them fixed so quickly as I imagined every roofer would be busy, but these guys came round and had a look and were able to fix the problems within a week. Fantastic!”

“Very happy to recommend the team from B & S roofing and building. Steve and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, polite and tidy. Time was taken to explain findings, what the root cause was and when an extra problem was discovered, they explained the issue and were also able to sort the same day. Having dealt with a few roofing companies over the year, I can say these guys are the absolute best of professionals.”

“Fast and efficient service from enquiry to quote to delivery for my dry verge installation. Fitting team were very friendly and sorted everything from parking to site access and fitting and showing details of the work - a pleasure to meet them. No need to go anywhere else now I have found B&S.”

“Steve and his team have done an excellent job repairing our roof. Steve came out to look at the roof and talked us through what repairs were needed and provided us with a quote. We were kept fully informed of when the work would take place. The team did a great job - prompt, polite and tidy. “Steve responded to my email quickly and organised a visit to quote for replacing missing and damaged tiles. It was identified that the ridge tiles would also benefit from upgrading to a dry ridge system. The quote was received the same day and the works were booked in shortly after. The two roofers that completed the work did a great job and left the area clean and tidy. More tiles required replacing than what was quoted yet the price remained the same. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks, Sam.”
