“Finally found a reliable roofing company who replied promptly, turned up when promised, explained what needed doing and sent a quote the same day. Once a date was arranged for the work to be done they turned up as agreed and did an excellent job at a fair price. They were replacing lead flashing and didn't try to add to the work by saying the underneath layers needed replacing or timbers were rotting, always a concern when it is roof work. They also replaced some tiles and again didn't try and add more to the agreed ones saying they had found others broken etc. The 2 guys were respectful of the property, efficient and tidy. Have already passed their details to friends. Good roofers are like gold dust so we are happy to have found this company.”

“This is the second job that B&S roofing have done for me and again I am very pleased with their work, the timing as I felt this was an emergency roof leak, efficiency and friendliness of the workers. I felt the price was very reasonable.”

“Wes : Long Eaton B&S Roofing were recommended to me by a friend. Steve surveyed the job in a professional manner and within a short while I received a quote by email which was accepted. Isaac and taylor arrived and removed all ridge tiles and fitted a dry ridge system & some minor works. the lads were polite, efficent and cleaned up all the rubble. On inspection I was well happy with the resulting works.”

“Very pleased with the service from B & S Roofing. I had a leak on the roof coming through to the bathroom. The problem was a vent which they went to the merchants and I decided to replace both vents while they were on the roof, they showed me the 2 vents so I could see where the seals had deteriorated. Cleaned up and swept the yard after the work. Very good value for money also. I would 100% recommend B & S”

“B&S have just completed renewing my garage roof, their second job for me. Just like before every aspect was excellent. The team that did the work were friendly, polite, efficient, tidy and considerate. They even asked my neighbour if having a bit of music on was OK with her, which it was. How about that then? I've never heard of that before. No mess on her side of the boundary either. Top marks lads, it was a pleasure having you on the job. Communications with Steve and Brian was great. The quoted price was also fair. I can unreservedly recommend B&S Roofing.”

“3 Day Job, was carried out, by a 3 man team, great set of guys, clean and tidy job, drank plenty of water and coffee (It was hot!!). The job itself, replace existing asbestos garage roof, all removed and replaced with new rubber roof, first time I have had a dry garage in years. Highly recommended, will use again”

“Thank you to all at B&S Roofing. An excellent and efficient job to repair an existing roof and replace two flat roofs, throughout this the team were great, helpful and very respectful, a job well done. It is hard to find reliable and honest contractors, communication was excellent throughout and very reassuring. I would recommend B&S every time without hesitation.”

“A friendly team. Discussed the various options for our repair, without applying pressure to take the more expensive option, and gave a competitive quote. Did the job on time, left the area clean and tidy, and looks like a good job done. This is the second time we've used this company, and will definitely be happy to use them again for future planned work.”

“Very happy with our new vents, and will be our go to roofing company when we need any work doing, I read the reviews before calling them, I'm very glad we stayed with a local business, I had to compromise on my work and they was very happy to accommodate me with my request, polite staff , cleaned up afterwards, I just felt very at ease with my choice. “This roofing firm was recommended by a friend and after completing a repair to my dormer flat roof and two chimney stacks I’ve already passed their details on to a neighbour.There were 4 roofers ,3 generations of the same family ,on site for two full days and they did a great job at a really reasonable price with a ten year guarantee.A genuine local family firm with a good reputation.I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again .”

“B&S Roofing replaced the roof over our bay window and this was the second time we’d used them. Once again Steve’s communication was excellent, he quoted us a fair price for the job and provided clear information on what the job entailed and the materials that would be used. Reece had worked on our roof previously and again he and his colleagues did a brilliant job. They’re punctual, polite and hard working and they took the time to clear up at the end of the day and let us know what they’d done that day. We live in an older property so opted to use reclaimed roof tiles and it looks fantastic. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Steve and his team - they absolutely deserve the 5 star reviews.”

“B&S came as a recommendation. They responded to my phone call on the day I rang and visited my property to assess the problem. Gave me two options and recommended the cheapest solution to try first to repair a leak in the roof dormer window. This was done within a couple of days by two very polite and efficient lads. Will now monitor to see if leak has been resolved. Very happy with the service we have received.”
