“Product and price were spot on and the Delivery was shocking! The wording of the first email: Delivery is scheduled for on or before Friday 9th...I had to call to confirm the non-descript date which was for Friday only to receive another email a day before said delivery stating: ORDER UPDATE - Your delivery has been rescheduled for as soon as possible week commencing Monday 12th June. We apologise for the delay. I called to find out what had happened and no discount was offered as an apology. The delivery person was great and managed to place them exactly where i wanted them. As a suggestion please give a delivery day on your emails instead of a cryptic one and maybe am or pm info as well. Also for customer satisfaction maybe offer a small discount as way of an apology when you can not deliver on the date offered?”

Hi Mel, thank you for your review and we apologise that you were not satisfied with our service on this occasion. We offer a free delivery service therefore when we have a delivery to fulfil that is outside our immidiate delivery area such as yours, generally we will mark it as "when in area". This allows us to build up a delivery load for a certain area rather than travelling further out to fulfil one delivery. We understand on this occasion that this could have been communicated to you better however, so we apologise for any inconvinience. Thanks, AWBS.
