“3 bags of flint stone delivered very quickly (same day). Driver was polite and efficient leaving them exactly where instructed. Online order system is very easy to use”

“After my last review which was excellent due to price and service for 200 gravel delivered compared with Travis Perkins who were almost double, this review is not so good. Visited to buy 5 bags of building sand and got it as a 5 bags for price of 4 as fifth bag was free. Just over £20 but then found B&Q do the same for £3.47 and that’s retail price. Not too happy and will check prices in the normal shops in future.”

“Very easy to do business with either by phone or online. Good quality products (gabion stone, and loam), delivered promptly. Friendly staff. My only gripe is not knowing roughly when in the day the delivery would occur, so that I did not have to wait in until it arrived.”

“Swift delivery with and the driver was so kind and thoughtful; he knew the area and how best to approach our property avoiding a tight junction, and he took care to unload the bag of gravel where it would be most convenient for us. Very grateful for such excellent service.”

“Great customer service. Ordered online and got an immediate acknowledgement followed by a delivery date. Goods arrived on promised day and delivery driver very courteous and helped to carry all the heavy items to rear garden without fuss. Driver even took away pallet that goods arrived on. I do not normally write reviews but it’s so unusual to get such good customer service from many companies at the moment that I felt it worth making an exception. I have made many purchases from AWBS over the years and have never had cause to complain. It’s a proper well run business.”
