Made a call to the office to ask for a lead time and was told “it won’t be in next week, may be the week after but I’m not sure really so I don’t know”. I have a deadline for a new development show home and now unable to provide my client with a definitive date this will be installed. I am currently awaiting confirmation from AWBS when and if I’ll get the product.”
