“I ordered turf from AWBS to do a job for a client & requested the delivery to the Clients address. I specifically requested at the time of ordering to be advised when the turf would be arriving so I could arrange to be on site to take delivery & deal with it straight away given the nature of the current hot weather. Needless to say no call was forthcoming. This Company cannot be relied upon to carry out a simple instruction.”

Hi Terence, sorry to hear you've not been satisfied with our service today. We do pride ourselves on the fast, free delivery service that we offer however due to the nature of our business we are unable to arrange any specific times for our deliveries to arrive nor are we able to advise customers on an individual basis. I understand this can be frustrating but unfortunately it's simply due to the nature of the work and how busy we are at the moment. AWBS.

“Ordered Sharp sand. Professional looking website with prices (some don’t provide). Order came quickly and it was free delivery, making it the cheapest around. Order was left where I asked, good quality, bags were generously full. Will be using again for anything else I need, many thanks, impressed.”

“Ordering was easy enough. The next day I had an email to say order would be delivered in two days time. 20 minutes later had another email to say due to issues with a previous delivery my order was delayed. I called and was told that the company no longer deliver to my area, OX14. Funny as only two weeks earlier they had delivered exactly the same product I was trying to order. Disappointed.”

Hi Simon. Sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately weight restrictions have been introduced in your area for which we have been previously fined for. As discussed we wanted to find out more details from the Ministry of Transport with regards any future deliveries to this area before we were able to deliver your goods on this occasion.
