Hi, thank you for your feedback. Please be assured that we recycle our old bags and all our plastic and paper waste as much as we can. Customers are always welcome to return any packaging to us and we will recycle or reuse where possible. Thanks, AWBS.

“I have had Rowlan turf from AWBS before and it is good, but I collected it myself last time. This time I asked for delivery. Although I was told a day for delivery, when I asked for an approximate time I got a very poor and abrupt response and told they never give out a time "we are builders merchants not couriers". Politeness would have been nice, even if they could not let me know of a time. Stayed in all day only for it to arrive at 4:30 from a courteous driver, thankfully. AWBS have two offices close by - do NOT deal with the Oxford office. Yarnton is much more pleasant and personable.”

“I always use AWBS but... Ordered Rugby cement, and cheaper mannock cement delivered..... Excuse about not available in our areas, so why can it be ordered and accepted on the website? Price difference was not automatically adjusted, or an apology. Had to complain.. Its not the money £2.88 But the principle, rip off will now make me look elsewhere for future orders.. Felt like a scam. How many £2.88 are not questioned?”

“Good products. Delivery no so much. No delivery alert by email or text, no knock on the door by driver. Happened to see wagon and went to check the delivery to find one product short but delivery note ticked to say everything was dropped off. Oh, and a nut and bolt missing. Could have been 5 stars!!!”

Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback. We sold a huge amount of fence panels in the past week due to the adverse weather conditions so our stock holding unfortunately ran out very quickly, apologies. We have fresh stock coming in from Monday. Thanks, AWBS.

“Thank you for your free delivery, but next time could you knock the door so someone can guide you to where the items needed to go. Also one of the recycled ballast bags was split and the ballast has gone over the grass.”

“2xV-Mitch posts ordered and arrive red next day, Brilliant. However the posts delivered were not the posts ordered. AWBS did swap the posts over but couldn’t deliver/collect them so had to make alternative arrangements to have the posts swapped over as the job was taking place the following day. Previous order received also had a damaged post which is yet to be changed.”

“Ordered a week before. Phoned them day they supposed to come to be told we have none in stock . They did send ballast and sand to replace and had to take as holes were dug . Driver was polite and helpful”

“All products are great. Delivery turned up a day early (without any warning) which caused issues with the delivery and resulted in the large bags of sand/soil being delivered away from the intended location, increasing the amount of time/effort involved in transporting back to where it would have been delivered to if it had turned up on the specified delivery day.”
