“Love this Bike, I’ve now had chance to ride the Bike. Where I live there are some pretty Big Hills, and the bike has taken them on no problem. Even the Big hills, I’ve only had to use level 3 on the motor. As I get fitter, this will decrease. I often turn the motor off completely on the flat. So with the added weight of the battery and motor etc. over a normal bike ( non assisted ) You still get a great workout. And if you want to get fit and loose a bit The calories burnt are still high. I’ve never wanted a e-bike as I’ve always enjoyed Cycling without assistance, But due to a lung related infection, I’ve not ridden for six months or gone to the Gym . Buying this bike had changed everything and I’m cycling regularly and lifting in the gym again. It’s easy to get out now , knowing I can get home. So this Bike has helped me get out again. It’s been a real life saver, as already ( it’s only been two weeks) I’ve lost 10lb and Blood Pressure is lower”

“I purchased an Avaris Odysey on line after having researched a number of other makes both on line and local shops.I was a bit apprehensive making such a major purchase on line. First I contacted customer services by email with a few questions about the bike and they were promptly answered. I then made the purchase and the bike was promptly delivered 7 days later by Parcel Force. I was given a delivery time frame and that was kept. The bike arrived well packaged and undamaged. I only had to straighten and tighten the handlebars and attach the pedals. The battery took about 6hours to fully charge. The bike rides so smoothly and appears very solid. Early days yet but after 20 miles I am pretty confident all will be ok. I was also sent a £30 Halfords gift voucher shortly after purchase. I would just like to add that I purchased the bike just before they dropped the price. I contacted customer service and they sent me back the difference within a few days. I highly recommend this company. The product appears good and the customer service is excellent.”

“Love my bike and the service was excellent. Handlebars were slightly damaged when I got the bike (due to courier, not Avaris), but following a quick email, suitable replacement grips were sent promptly. Compared to similar bikes online, this is arguably the best value out there! Superb!”

“Generally the bike is good, looks and rides well My only problem was when I fitted a longer handle bar stem to 110mm the cable to the controller is a bit short but with a bit of cable rerouting I have just about got away it ! I suggest you provide a bit longer cable to allow for this as i guess this may be a common change to suit a taller rider Cheers”

“Hi there. I bought a Avaris 3.6 Electric Assist Hybrid Road eBike. For my son. I was a bit unsure about buying online for a bike as I have many bike which I've always bought by seeing before I buy. But I've got to admit the bike came and as advertised it was 95% built and it only took 20 mins to put all together following the video instructions on YouTube. My son is very very pleased with it and the quality of the bike. Would we recomend them to others yes.”

“I bought the Avaris as I wanted a road bike style and mudguards. It feels great and rides well. My commute to work has dropped from 45 minutes to 23 and I no longer need a sit down after the hill climbs. It is solidly put together and the all black finish is unobtrusive. Service was excellent and there was little assembly to do.”

“Been out on a number of occasions with the bike and absolutey love it. Makes cycling so much more pleasurable knowing the hills are going to be conquered without killing myself lol. A real good looking bike as well with good comments coming from friends who have viewed. At a fraction of the price of others on the market why not give it a go.
