I bought the Avaris as I wanted a road bike style and mudguards. It feels great and rides well. My commute to work has dropped from 45 minutes to 23 and I no longer need a sit down after the hill climbs. It is solidly put together and the all black finish is unobtrusive. Service was excellent and there was little assembly to do.
