“I was looking at Systemline 50e for a while as I’m renovating a new house. The 10% off was great! Delivered really quickly. I will definitely use Audio Volt again if I need anything.”

“Ordered a specific item, but was sent a completely different make. I did receive an email to advise, but was told it was a different colour. I wasn't expecting it to be a different make too. No offer of partial refund. Disappointing.”

Hi Richard, The alternative model you were sent is a like-for-like equivalent, just red in colour opposed to white. Although a different brand, they are manufactured in the exact same warehouse to the same specification. It also worked out slightly more expensive, but we were happy to cover the cost of this. Kind Regards, Tom

“Item as described and well packaged. Problem was the delivery time. At the time of purchase I was told 2 to 3 days. It actually took 8 days”

Hi Frank, Firstly, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear that your parcel took so long to arrive with you, I will have a follow up internally to try and find out what caused this. Kind Regards, Tom

“Not tried it yet but all looks good. I would have liked to have had a jack input socket on the amplifier rather than having to cut one of the male jacks on the lead and hard wiring it. Having said that, it’s a minor issue but looking forward to setting it up for Halloween.”

“Excellent service. I ordered loads of speakers for a refurb job but after the cabling was done differently I had to try and change my whole order. Tom was super helpful, refund was issued no problem and he helped me figure out everything I now needed, he turned a very stressful situation into a positive. Very very impressed, thank you.”
