“Customer service was excellent, but still having to queue for 2 hours even though we had already bought tickets was a let down, other sites offer tickets where you can go straight into the park, why does attractiontix use a system where you still have to go to the ticket sales booths upon arrival?”

“Information not made clear about vouchers we where getting caused a bit of a dilemma at siam park ”

“I had problems redeeming the 2 vouchers I bought - To get in to Disneyland I still had to queue with the rest of the visitors which took quite a long time. There was no special desk, and I just got directed to the normal queue. And when I got to Planet Hollywood Disneyland to redeem the meal voucher I had bought, none of the staff had seen it before. It took 6 people before they agreed to honour it!!”
