“Easy booking process, and the etix arrived promptly. Overall quite pleased. The only issue I had, I booked transfer coach for the Pirate Show, but because the hotel was only a kilometre away, they don't do it, and so I had to get a refund. Which was done promptly, but hassle I could have done without. Will still recommend tho”

“Service and delivery of tickets was excellent, however we had a problem when we tried to enter the parks and the barcodes had to be entered manually this was for both parks. Also that didn’t work with the fast pass and we had to queue up at the office where they gave us fastpass tickets. Not so much of an issue and it wouldn’t deter us from using you again”
