“Having to call was a pain as I was abroad,' also staff that I spoke to were very rude. although tickets allowed 14 days which seems like a bargain you only need 2 days to do everything in the parks and the price wasn''t dissimilar to a 2 day pass. So no real savings on that particular ticket.
