“Tickets were easy to book but when I contacted agency with inquiry on exact dates I could use the tickets on (what day can I activate ticket if I want my last day to be x) I was misinformed.”

“Website was easy to use but disappointed with amount of information provided on the voucher / ticket. Only information it contained was date of the show, there was no arrival time or time of show,' so I had to log-on to the venue''s website to find out this information (Luckily we had access to the internet', others may not be so lucky).”
