“Lived up to what you said”

“Delivery and packing were excellent. The album itself was in excellent condition visually - very clean - and the cover was in very good condition, just as described in the listing. However on playing there is a lot of crackling and surface noise. It’s not unplayable but a bit disappointing hence the 3 stars. I should add that this is only the second album I’ve ordered from Atlas and the first album had no problems and was as described.”

“Every vinyl I've received from Atlas has looked almost mint. Being a pensioner means, I can't always buy brand new, but these are as good as! They're always well packaged and protected and they sound really good too. That's why I trust them and keep going back.”

“Overall disappointed. There were no inner sleeves included in my record purchase - lyric sheet and essay - and when queried I was made to feel it was my fault as no inners were on the original listing. Surely it’s a given that inner sleeves will be included unless otherwise stated. It’s an important part of the vinyl experience. It wasn’t a bargain record at £100, so while the vinyl was in great condition, it soured the experience, and I won’t be using them again.”

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry the missing insert took the shine off what should've been a great record. For a bit of context, we photograph every single record we list ourselves (we never use stock images), so our listing photos show exactly what was sent, and the insert wasn't present at any stage of our grading or packing. We also offered you a free return for a full refund, which still stands anytime if you'd like it. Sorry again that this one didn't quite hit the mark, and we hope you're able to track down a complete copy.

“Very happy indeed with my first order from Atlas Records. The record I ordered was described as VG/EX and it was actually much better than I was expecting considering it's age so respect to whoever does the grading. I also ordered 50 of the inner sleeves and I'm so impressed with them I've already ordere anothe 100, they're excellent quality. Keep up the good work guys”
