“The record I bought, Blondie - Blondie - Reissue Tone LP Vinyl Record, distorts heavily, so I can only presume it may have been damaged or bent. It is unfortunately unusable as the distortion is so bad. I bought it as a gift for my housemate, and suggested she return it, but I’m not sure she is going to and I don’t know if the return process is easy”

We work extremely hard to ensure that all of our records are packed as securely as possible so that they avoid any sort of damage whilst in transit. We also use the strongest mailers on the market to ensure each order's safety whilst on its way to you.
