“Purchased 3 of these lovely pendants to go over our kitchen island. They look fabulous. Put in 60 watt bulbs and they provide good, bright light. Ordered the silver cord and this compliments them well.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the product images on the site are very good so the shade was exactly as I expected. Also, the prompt delivery (less than 48 hours) was very helpful as I have recently moved. Less time waiting for deliveries when you're expecting a few of them has to be a good thing. I would recommend the site and will revisit it myself.”

“On a positive note, these lights are terrifically good looking on the wall. Quality is generally good and they have a sense of class. Downsides. 1st - Delivered late. 2nd - give the prices I would have expected the connection wires to have been stripped back (instead I had to faff around cutting through the cord). 3rd - again given price (paid partly due to aesthetic appeal) the lights did not come with fixing screws, which I find very disappointing. 4th - I think an enclosed fitting instruction re-confirming need for trailing edge dimmer would be appropriate.”

“Just received my new wall light and it looks fantastic. Looking around online and the majority of sights on google at the top you get pretty boring lights but Artifact Lighting products looked great.The light is very well made and won't fall apart easily like a lot of cheaper lights can. You pay a bit more but it's worth it. Pretty easy website and choosing the flex colour was straightforward too.”

“I ordered the Coolicon Industrial Pendant Lights in Cream and Olive Green, which were delivered in no time, very well packaged and we really like the quality of the product at the price. Wished there was a slightly larger version of the same product ... and if there is plans for one I shall be putting an order through.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Kept well informed of tracking and delivery. Item arrived extremely well packaged. I purchased a Coolicon light shade in Squirrel Grey - and it is stunning to say the least!!! Well made, gorgeous colour, really good quality! Thank you Artifact Lighting - you are certainly a little gem of a shop I will no doubt be returning to purchase from again and again!!”
