I purchased the vintage Prismatic pendant light and it is absolutely lovely and just the “industrial” look we were after. Unfortunately there wasn’t the option to omit the bulb which I wound not personally have chosen as the colour is a bit stark for me as opposed to bright. This is the only reason I have given this a four stars rather than 5!

We love our little plaster wall light. It looks modern and just right on our wall. However, there were no dark screws to fit it. We’ve had to use brass which doesn’t look right until we find black screws.

Update: Artifact sent us the missing items after a couple of attempts of reaching them and accidental delays. I still think it would be useful for them to have a phone number or live chat in the case of issues with orders placed, as email is not always 100% and you can never be sure it has been received. The product is very nice and we expect to order again. We have ordered twice from Artifact Lighting and think the lighting is nice. However, on the second order a small part of the order (the rose, cup & flex) to one of the lights was missing - they sent 3 instead of 4. Prior to making the orders, I did not realise that there is no way of contacting them by phone, and they are not responding via the only method of communication that they provide (email) - it has already been several days. It makes no sense from a business perspective - they have already sent me 95% of the order by value and until now I was planning on making more orders in the future. So in short, if there is a problem with the order there seems to be no functioning customer service communication channel. Really disappointed as I want to support locally UK made products and this is one of few. My advice to the company is that if you really don't want to receive phone calls because it costs too much, you need to provide a responsive communication channel alternative like online chat or prompt email response when there is a problem with an order - no response is just not acceptable or fair to the customer. The only other option is to dispute the credit card charge, which is a hassle for all concerned.

Good service and products, one item was delivered damaged but was replaced without question within a couple of days. Would use again no problem.

I recently purchased 3 Coolicon pendants in copper, but unfortunately one of the shades was scratched. I e-mailed the sales team and sent photographs and a replacement shade was sent out in a couple of days. Great customer service and I can't wait for the lights to be fitted in the next week or so. Perhaps an up to date telephone number for sales, would be useful?

These lights arrived in really good time and were all packed really well to prevent damage. The lights look really beautiful in our kitchen. I do have two comments however, regarding these lights. The installation is really tricky, it involves extremely tiny screws which are very difficult to access when balancing precariously up a ladder! Also, the lights were intended for the kitchen over the worktops and the light bulbs available on the website were terrible. They were extremely dim and cast a dreadful yellow glow over everything, which was not evident from the website. In order to prevent our kitchen looking like a brothel we had to source and purchase other bulbs which gave a much brighter white light. However, the lights, once in situ with the correct bulbs, look very beautiful and we love them.

Received the pendant light, all packaged well and went up easily. Colour was more of a rose gold than copper, but thats the disadvantage of buying on line I suppose, all in all very happy with my purchase.

Good quality items with fast delivery. My only grip is that I paid for 6no. pendants to be wired at £2.00 per item. When they arrived only the lamp holder was wired to the flex (ceiling rose was unattached) and no earth cable on 4 of the ceiling roses.. They probably do this so you can alter the length of the flex although I knew I needed straight 2 metre drop. Not such a problem for an electrician but may cause someone installing them DIY a problem. All in all happy with the purchase and would use again.
