“I have received two art boxes so far and although it may not be what I have used before it does push you to try something different. Artful has been a godsend to me especially with the recent lockdown and has more than been helpful with my mental health. I look forward to the emails from Jamie each month on how to use the art supplies, which has been very helpful. The magazine that’s included is of very high quality and is a joy to read, I particularly like the film and tv section. Overall I have loved this subscription box and can’t wait for the June one.”

“I love artful! I like not knowing what’s going to arrive in the post and it’s such good value for money if you like your art supplies. The items are always fantastic quality. I also like that in relevant boxes the amount of quality paper you receive is a lot more than other subscriptions. Plus tutorials in the pack and throughout the month to keep you busy. Keep up good work artful!”

“I love receiving my Artful box! Even better is opening it and getting stuck in. Really beautifully produced and curated, with top-quality art materials, I find it a great way to get inspired, creative, and calmed down at the weekends. The magazines are wonderful to read, featuring some incredibly talented people - I always have to get my phone out and add some new Insta follows! The video tutorials are wonderful. One of my cats finds the boxes super comfortable to curl up and sleep on!”

“I subscribed last September. The first box was lino which I was excited about but did nothing with. The second was inks and with that I just suddenly engaged. From the first tutorial I have really began a journey. The lino stuff was put to use and the third box of tombow pens and calligraphy have had a good play with. I can't wait for what's in store with box 4. The fact it comes with everything you need is what really helped. However I now mix and match from the boxes to do other stuff. The tombo and waterbrush became the dog portrait just the other day. This has been the best subscription ever! Thanks artful xxxx”

“Artful offers good and varied drawing materials with good guides and tutorials to use them. It helped me discover new ways draw and colour (like lino print) and like ways I used to dislike (like ink).”

“These boxes have been such a joy for me over the last year and all the lockdowns. I've had to buy a new set of shelves for all the brilliant kits. I've started lino cutting and printing, drawing and painting regularly. The quality of the materials is so good. Being introduced to artists through the magazine is excellent too - I've been out and bought some work by a couple of them. The videos are very useful for ideas. I'm very aware that this is GUSHING, but the artful boxes have really been a life line.”
