“Average prices Average customer service Many better value online outlets exist. Can't find a reason to recommend Arrow.”

“Arrow Electrical have been very good vendors. The products are top quality and the delivery dependable. We hit a problem though with ordering from the website. We were referring to the photographs of the product when ordering which did not match the description of the product. Therefore we ordered up to £40 worth of product (2 items) we did not want. I was told I can have a refund on one item after a telephone conversation and a gentle debate on the telephone. The only problem is I don't want to pay to return the incorrect item. I have ordered 3 new items that should be delivered soon, but doubt that UPS will automatically pick up the item I want to return. Thank you for the opportunity to explain this problem.”

“The service that I received from Arrow Electrical was impeccable. Great products and really helpful people. I dealt with Haresh Kara, who went out of his way to sort the minor problems that I had with the outside lamps that I had ordered. He kept me in touch throughout every stage until everything had been sorted. I will certainly but from Arrow again.”

“Bought this for my daughter who is away at Uni. She says this is good & warms her room well but not as hot as the one we have at home that has adjustable thermostat. Would like to purchase the one with thermostat again but cannot find it!”
