Awful company. Sub standard customer service which takes no action nor responsibility for selling defective products. I would not recommend buying from this site nor its parent company.

Nice products, but dreadful customer service. One wall light arrived broken - and I was made to feel it was "my fault" as I hadn't let them know within "their" specified returns time, even though - legally - they were completely wrong. Stroppy, unhelpful service by their online websales team. Never use them again, for that reason alone. Note to manager: get your staff trained in how to be pleasant, with less arrogance please. Difficult customers exist, for sure. But they should know the difference and respond accordingly.

lost my item while shipping, refused to replace it. instead, they wanted me to buy another one(!)

wrongly addressed, item lost. 'senior manager' blamed me (what?!) and refused to replace the item. instead she wanted me to buy it again (and trust them to ship it?!) go to the store. don't shop online and suffer a painful(expensive) loss.

Be warned that the Marcus Heritage Brass electrical sockets sold by Arrow Electrical have 'ON' written in red capitals on them, which makes the look really cheap! This was not displayed on their Marcus' brochure.

Nothing received so far. Payment made on 16/3/20. No email no update whether the item is dispatched or not. Called on Monday 23/3/20 and was advised item coming from Germany and is in Uk and will be delivered Wednesday or Thursday. No item received no email to update. I totally understand re: present crisis about Covid19 but customer service is quite poor.

One of my 4 lights was badly stained and had clearly been out of its packaging. I expect this light to be replaced. The other three were perfect
